Re: Second thoughts, + Hawaiian names
I prefer Miles Lucas because with Lucas Miles, I hear Luca Smiles. Maybe it's just me.Hawaiian names are so pretty and make such a soft sound. I like:Alana
Iolana
Kaila
Kalani -- really nice one
Kalea
Keilani
Lana
Lea
Leilani
Malana
Malie -- I see this one being mispronounced as Mally.
Noelani
Maile -- I see this one being mispronounced too though it is pretty.I'm not overly familiar with Hawaiian names and about the only thing I know about them is that every vowel is pronounced. Having said that, the names do tend to run together in my mind but I think that's because I don't hear and haven't heard them often. They have such a beautiful sound. Oh, I like Malia too.I think my favorites would be Malia, Kalani, Leilani and Noelani.

Well...When you mentioned "Luca Smiles" I thought of the fact Craig thinks "smiles" would be a good nn for Miles. So, maybe its not a horrible thing?I tend to agree with your comments on Hawaiian names. I think its hard because they aren't very heard of and pn can be a problem.
