I know a few Dee-nahs. Most are in the ex-pat Middle-East community, though one is just standard -issue Canadian.
Also knew girls names Dee-Dee.Short, I suppose, for Darlene?Don't care for it much.

The Dede ("dee-dee") I knew was short for Deirdre ("DEER-dra").

I know 2 Dees and one DeeDee = Denetra, Delores and Dianne are their full names, respectively. I've only know one person who pronounced her name DEE-nah but it was spelled Deanna, which was confusing. :-/
