I like it when it's pronunced CLOUD-ee-yah. I remember reading that it's the German pronunciation? I think the nickname Cloudy would be really sweet.
With the CLAW-dee-ah pronunciation, it's still fine, but I don't like it quite so well. I think the name is fabulous either way, meaning be damned. I'd be more bothered by its similarity to Claudius, but that's mainly because I read Hamlet so recently. :)
