Well, Pavlos says the native Greek pronunciation of Danaë is than-A-ee, while Christo says da-NAH-ee. Chrisell said da-NAY-ee, and Kandake said (with Encyclopedia Mythica to back her up) DAN-ay-ee.
I like da-NAH-ee best, but da-NAY-ee is nice too.
As for your combos: I like Danaë Madoline best, though I much prefer the Madeline spelling. Next I like Danaë Brenna, and last I like Danaë Chiara. But all of your combos are beautiful, so it's just a matter of degrees of liking each combo.
