I especially like:
Melina Giselle - very interesting, and Giselle is intriguing
Melina Ruth - I like the flow, and the frill of Melina is balanced nicely by the more serious, simple Ruth
Melina Rae - it just works for some reason
Melina Sage - I have a thing for one syllabel middles names sometimes...
Melina Katherine - Katherine is a family name, so it would be a nice mn and it works
Melina Caroline - I really like the flow, and Carol is a family name as well
Melina Francesca - this one works well to me too, I like it
Melina Juliet - this may be my favorite. I love it!
