I really dislike Jake, and it doesn't sound fresh to me at all - it's been well and truly overdone in recent years in Australia. I feel that it spoils Evelyn.
Evelyn and Lena are both lovely.
Cinema is absurd sorry - quite apart from its obvious wordyness, there's plenty of teasing-word potential (sin and enema are two that spring to mind) and it's not a particularly pleasing sound either. Nor does it have the advantage of being a particularly good namesake for a child. What does being named "cinema" impart to the child? That they ought to aspire to be a big building full of seats? I really don't like it, and I would assume a "trashy" background if I did meet a child named Cinema.
