Coote Charles. Is that supposed to be "Cute"? Because it isn't cute at all. Or is it genuinely "coot" like an cranky old geezer? (I'm sure there'll be a Geezer in the next batch or the one after it.)
I think some of these people really would have preferred dogs to babies, judging by their names. Also a bunch of them probably thought they were giving their boys a strong start, but really making them sound like outlaw bikers' nicknames.
And cypher means "a nothing, a nobody, an empty vessel."
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
