Many people love Emma, but they don't love her popularity, so I think people will react hotly when Ena becomes known.
Ira looked at his ranking and saw that he was in the top 1000 again. I'm NMS because I don't like names that start with a vowel and have no consonants other than r and l, but it was an expected result since such "liquid" names are popular these days.
