I know of one in her 40s; Peggy is her full name. I'd be delighted to know or know of many more; also Polly, Betsy and Nancy.

I'm a teenage Betsy and I have a friend my age named Polly! I think these old-fashioned nicknames are charming and most of them deserve a comeback.
