Adam broke through the "posse" of longtime masculine favorites to be my #4, and Jonathan dropped off the list altogether (replaced by a previous "middle," Bennett).

Among my feminine favorites, Alexandra, Eleanor, Viola, Magdalena, and former stock middle Charlotte replaced Luna, Xenia, Saffron, Morgana, and Winifred (now a middle).

I'm not 100% satisfied with the new list - but I am satisfied with all the changes, if that makes sense. This doesn't seem as stale to me.
