I love Adrian enough to use it as a fn, so I'd never consider Adrienne. Adrian is 100% male to me. And I've only known two Adrienne people: one a beautiful, tennis-playing schoolgirl from a wealthy family who mysteriously got TB, and the other a teacher who looked plump and harmless and cuddly but was actually very tough indeed.
