I like it. It’s definitely a throwback to the ‘70s and ‘80s but I do know a twenty-something Tracy (f).
I think it’s nice for a boy and in the same vein as Shannon, Kelsey, Courtney and Lindsay (I know males with the last two names). I think of Tracy McGrady.
