I like it, but only if I can alter the pronunciation to puh-NEE-nah, which is how people around here would automatically say it, anyway. :) I think it's pretty, if a bit overbearing on the letters; Peninna or Penina would look better to me.

I know an adorable little girl named Penina, who of course says puh-NEE-nah. I like Peninnah better on paper though...Ah, I can't decide!

(Oddly, Penina's sisters were saddled with boring Rachel, Hannah and Naomi. They got progressively more adventurous after Rachel and Hannah!)

Honestly, I just see "penis" with a few extra N's thrown in. I hope that doesn't say anything about me.

Yeah, I thought of that, too. :b Maybe our minds are in the gutter, lol. I actually don't mind the sound of the name, but I also hear "ninny" in it and it just seems like it's trying too hard, too.
