Please change the masculine name to a different feminine name of fazaid thank you very much .

The reason it's listed as a masculine name is because the only evidence of use Sofia could find was a male bearer in Suriname. Do you have any proof that it's a feminine name or of feminine usage?
(P.S.: If you're the one who repeatedly submits duplicates of that same name, I'd like to ask you to please stop. We editors have to keep deleting them, and it's rather tiresome.)

Sofia is the name of the person who edited that entry. It is not suggested as a female form of Fazaid!
