I like it, but find it common since I know so many.
I quite like Ginette and Regina as full versions. Most of the Ginas I know are named Giannina as it is a family name.
Luigina is really cool actually. I would love to see it, but it is pretty culture specific so I would assume the family was Italian or had some link to the name.
Giorgina is cute too.
