How about just Winifred Rica? It sounds a bit like Winna Frederica, but you rarely hear the fn and mn together like that, so it wouldn't bother me, personally.

... that Winifred Rica sounds lovely, and I love both names. So long as it flows with your surname, I'd say go for it.
