I'll try and add some outside of the box ones too, since I'm sure you've considered the more obvious ones.
Odette: Etta, Ettie, Edie, T/Tee, Ted, Teddy
Odessa: Essa, Essie, Sia, Sadie,
Valentina: Enna (Eh-nuh), Nina, Lena
Couldn't think of any good ones for Allegra past Ally/Ellie, but for all of them, maybe you could use middles to help make nicknames too e.g. Allegra May could have Amy or Alma, or Odette Maeve nn Demi etc.
