No, very different vibes. Rebecca is down-to-earth and doesn't take herself too seriously. Victoria tries too hard to be sophisticated and she takes herself very seriously.

She's also called Becky and not only is she very impressed with herself, she's also got the mannerisms and speech patterns of a teenager, though she's probably 45.
I get different vibes from Becky and Vicki too. Becky is immature, Vicki is spunky and brisk. Tori is a snotty cheerleader, Becca is a little kid, and Reba is like somebody on Hee Haw.
