Rebecca: traditional, conservative, sharp/spiffy but not vain, smart and well-spoken (think Hermione Granger), could be urbane or not.
Victoria: bold, expressive, competent, competitive, smart, proud
They're similar enough to be sisters, both smart and respectable, but V seems more sensuous and modern than R, and R seems more understated and reliable than V.
Becky is friendlier and more modest, Vicki is more finicky and can be prickly, but both are basically nice, and do their part. When Becky is a bitch she is blunt and condescending; when Vicki is a bitch she is catty and cruel.
