I don't think it's trashy, but I don't think Natasha is trashy either. (Lola I can understand why some people have that association.) But anyway, I prefer Sasha as a nickname for Alexander, for a boy. I don't think it's bad on a girl, though.
Sacha I see as more masculine. The other two spellings could go either way.
