I pronounce
Leila,
Layla, and
Laila as LAY-luh.
Leila is the only spelling for me!
Laila I like the least.
Lila is LY-luh and I think I slightly prefer Lilah.
btw, an elderly relative was known as Lilie - LY-lee - and it was only recently that I discovered that this (or Lylie) was a not unusual nn for
Eliza in Victorian times. I later found her real name was
Eliza Mary.
