Compound names and "ette" names haven't been popular in France for quite some time, it's too old fashion. Half the names on this list are what is considered "beauf" which basically means trashy (idk how else to explain it). I'm really sick of the Lilou and Maëlys variations, and the Y trend is slowly creeping in which is disappointing.
