Alva- like how some of my students would write Alba- the v sounds like a b in Spanish
Lava- I thought of 'Lava sus manos' 'wash your hands' first. But either molten rock or was doesn't work for a meaning imo
Love- well, if it's a boy's name there, then it's okay. Sounds fem. to me (in US)
