I'd go with Virginia. It's dignified sounding, not too popular, and it lends itself to Ginny, which I like.
While I really like Olivia, it's far too popular these days, and I already have a family member with that name.
Daisy is a cute name, but it's too sweet and childlike for me. I think it's better as a nickname.
