love. it's not something I would use but there's something about it. it's my moms boss' daughters name (confusing?). I think KSEN-yah is right but I always say zen-ya. either way, it's a gorgeous name.
from your combos I like Xenia Eloise, Xenia Eleanor and Xenia Isobel (which is weird because I hate Isobel) best.
