I love both! They are among my favorite names for girls. :)
1. I say TAL-ith-ah, to rhyme with Tabitha. I also like the nickname Tali.
2. It is the way you are pronouncing it, but the way I'm pronouncing it I don't think they are too similar.
3. No, I don't think so. Not yet anyway. It might shoot up in popularity due to the trendiness of similarly frilly girl names like Isabella and Sophia though. I prefer the Annabel spelling. I'm not sure how most people would want to spell it. I always want to spell it Annabel.
