I found it as a masculine form of Vivian. It's English, meaning "full of life".

But there are also italian VIAN coming from the region of VENICE.
The italian variant comes also from the latin "vivianus".

See the italian surname Viviani and VIANI or VIANELLO too.

Ultimately, I'd say all forms derive from the Latin.
