In HP fanfiction, Hermione once called the Malfoy men...
Dracula, son of Lucifer! (that instead of Draco, son of Lucius)
What names can we give Hermione? Hermy, Hermes, My-knee, Hermy-own, Her-me-own-ee, Mione, Mia, Maia, Mya, Herman, Bookworm, Messenger Farmer (that's what Hermione Granger means), Mudblood Granger, etc.
As for Draco, besides Dracula, I've seen him called Drake before, Drakey-Poo, etc.

For Draco, he could go by Coco, Cody, Drake the Rake, Rake-o, etc.
