I like Charlotte. It is a nice old fashioned name that is sweet on a little girl but professional, sophisticated and romantic on an adult.
I would use Lottie as a nickname but Charlie can be cute on tomboyish girl.
I like these the best:

Charlotte Elizabeth
Charlotte Jacqueline
Charlotte Katharine
Charlotte Emily

I also like Charlotte Caroline, Charlotte Savannah and Charlotte Mae.
