I love Mercedes, and I like the name Isobel (this spelling only), but I'm not too keen on the NN Sadie. However, I think Mercedes Isabelle flows well.

Since Mercedes is a Spanish name, I prefer the Spanish form Isabel. And since Sadie would be a nn for MerCEDEs, I just like the spelling Cedie best.

If you changed Isabelle to Isabella I think it would flow nicely. Mercedes Isabella.

I love Mercedes! However, I have an abiding dislike of Isabelle in all its forms...Sadie is adorable, though.
