It's a chain restaurant, I believe. I just googled it and I guess it's actually called "Olga's Kitchen." http://www.olgaskitchen.com/

there's only like, 25 or so Olga's Kitchens, and I think 22 of them are in Michigan. The rest are in Ohio and Illinois.

I never checked into it much. There's at least one in Grand Rapids and one in Lansing, and those are the only ones I've seen. I'm pretty sure there isn't one here in Kalamazoo/Portage.
