I would use Leigh no matter what. Family names are important imo.
I would suggest:
Meredith Leigh or Juliet Leigh.
Also possibly Cait Leigh, or Caitlin Leigh, Caitria Leigh, or Caitriona Leigh with the nickname Cait.
