I think all of your combos are really nice and no matter how you'll arrange them it'll flow nicely together.
Especially i like:
Philomena Arlette - even if i'm not a big fan of the NN Mena
Idonea Tacey (nn Nea)
Alberic Garrett (nn Al)
Kenrick Barnabas (nn Ken)
Abel Eleazar (no nn).
I also like the NN Mira and Zeke, but not the names Mirabelle and Ezekiel, so how about Mira and Zeke as full names.
Or what about those alternatives with the same NN?
Mira - Elmira, Miracle, Amira, Miriam, Mireya, and Mirella
Zeke - Zachary, Zacharias, Zachariah, Zikomo, and Hezekiah
