It's been a year.
Samanta and Giuliana are getting along great together! They spend a lot of time together. Giuliana tags along when Samanta is with her friends, and Samanta watches Giuliana when she is climbing trees.
Giuliana is in contact with her great-aunt and is going to visit her in a few weeks. She has also made a lot of progress with swimming, and, when she gets out of the water, sle lays down in the sun by my side.
We recently found out Angelos' mother lives in Sparta, Greece. Her name is Louiza and she is now married to a man named Platon. They have a 4-year-old son named Sophronios. Angelos visited them a month ago and is now in touch with them via e-mail.
Angelos has taken great strides to help cheer up Nomiki. He took Nomiki to church, and Nomiki has since become more religious. Nomiki has a psychologist, whom he sees once a week, and is now happy. The girl he is no longer in contact with has been abusing her son, and now Nomiki has regained custody of him. Nomiki's son is a 2-year-old boy named Heron, whom Nomiki loves to play with.
Goffredo and Gaspare have taken Ilario under their wing. They do everything together. Goffredo taught Ilario to ride a bike, and Gaspare has recently taken him to the movies.
