I'm afraid that Xanthe, woululd be called Xantham gum in school.

That's what popped into my mind. sorry. I do like how it sounds though.

Me neither, so I don't know how likely it is that school kids will know. I had to look it up, so I'd be very embarrased if a lot of seven years olds knew more than me about that, haha. :P
