Round 8: It turns out that your newborn has Downs Syndrome. How did the family react?
After six pregnancies, Marina had a feeling that something was not going well with this one. Four months into her pregancy, the amniocentesis revealed that her little girl had Downs Syndrome. It was devastating at first, mainly because being a doctor, she was acquainted with the difficulties children with this syndrome have to face, and she thought no kid deserved such suffering. However, she received the support of the whole family. Clara is now a happy 5-year-old girl who is very much loved by all her siblings.
Round 9: Gideon's dream is to win OG gold. In what sport and what are you doing to help him to reach his goal?
After seeing Michael Phelps win 8 gold medals in the Olympic Games, Gideon has decided he wants to be an Olympic medalist as well. So, Marina and Sebastian have signed him up for some swimming lessons. He is really excited!
Daniel met Rebecca at University and they got married after graduating. Now they have a baby boy who they decided to call Benjamin James to honour his grandfather.
