2. and 3. have long histories of name usage in many countries. Just because they got popular or a few got dated doesn't mean they are awful names.
11. How do you think they got well established? People used them. In one breath you say not to use NNs as FNs but then you give a pass to the ones people have already used? Um, consistency please.
