1. What general impression does the name give? How would you picture a little Margot?:
I think it gives of a sophisticated but spunky air. I tend to think of Margot from The Royal Tannenbaums or from The Diary of Anne Frank.
2. Do you think it makes a good match to DD#1 Scarlett?
I don't think Margot and Scarlett are perfect together, but I also don't think it is a horrid sibset. I think it would be worse to have Willow and Scarlett simply because the double letters tend to get into the themey are imo. However, Willow and Scarlett vibe better together.
3. Which combo do you like from below or do you have any other suggestions?: I like...

Margot Hazel
Margot Plum (total guilty pleasure)
Margot Camille
Margot Isemay
Margot Beatrix
Margot Eleanor
I liked some of the other names, just not as much as the above. My favorite would be Margot Hazel, but since you have a daughter named Scarlett it would get into the theme problem again. My second favorite choices that would still work with your other daughters name would be Margot Eleanor or Margot Beatrix.
