I am having twin girls on November 9 2007 and my husband and I still haven't got any names for the girls! Some combos we like are:

this whole thread probably deserves to be obliterated by a moderator at this point. But I think I'm leaving it up, at least for now, because I think it'll be bracing for some of the participants to come face to face with it again in the morning. *evil grin* (I have faced a few of my own gems the morning after.)
Logan Glover, you've violated the rules of the board by using more than one username and by saying aggressive things to other posters -- and probably forfeited your posting privileges just by continuing to provoke people, troll-style. You'll probably have your IP restricted, but it's not up to me.

I feel a bit responsible, calling her out and most of the hoopla ending up under my post. I apologize for taking on a 13-year-old (probably isn't the first time, lol). It wasn't adult of me at all. Maybe next time (and there will be a next time), we can all handle it with a little more dignity. Myself definitely included. ;)

Brookelynn Grace- Brookelynn is oddly spelt. Brooklyn, spelled this way, is better. So Brooklyn Grace
Kaylie Grace- Kaylie is cutesy. Way too cutesy. Maybe Cailin ot Caitlin "Calie". So Cailin Grace or Caitlin Grace.

What I don't understand is where you guys get off on oppressing her so much about it. I can understand being a little angry that she's lying and cluttering up valuable board space, and I know that you are all very proud of not letting age enter into the way you treat people. But really. You are GROWN WOMEN picking on a ~13 year old. Does it REALLY make you feel that clever, that you can back her into a corner, tear apart her feeble arguments, and insist upon the last word? I hope you all feel really secure about the fact that you can identify young and naive trolls, and that you're way smarter and better than they are. But you're all coming off to me like a cruel gang of pretentious middle-schoolers.

I don't know if it is really as cruel as you make it out to be. Many posts have been stopped simply by notifying the poster that everyone knows she's a faker and the faker has then quit their faking and have become great members of the board. She just isn't one who is going to quit and will continue to break the rules of the board and therefore the posters that you call a "gang" are likely trying to just get her to leave the board so that she will not bog up the boards with useless posts about fake children which will continually turn into arguments. It is better just to stop it all know. 'Nip it in the bud' so to speak.

Agreed, smart-ass comebacks are not necessary, but when more than one person states their displeasure it shows there is a general consensus and not just one person stating their displeasure. If only one person voices and people continue to reply to the questions asked in her post then she will likely not take the warning seriously.

Just her "tone" from previous posts. And being so 'far along' with twins, which is rare. But I guess blaarg is right, what does it really matter? However, it's just rude to come on here and lie, if she is indeed lying. But we may never know for sure, so whatever. C'est la vie.

I don't know about you, but at the end of my pregnancy (and I was only carrying one!) I sure wasn't spending my time writing stories about "this girl who goes to boarding school and gets very homesick but she can't leave boarding school because she has to stay there for three years!" The whole thing just smells wrong.

Maybe I want to know what to name her now. I may have a little time (I doubt it) to work on it some after the twins are born. I DID write stories when I was a kid but I'm not a kid any more. If you hate me (which I'm pretty sure you do) why don't you stop writing to me? Then you'd never have to hear from me again and vice versa.

But I'm not lying but sorry you think so...you don't have to help me but I'd like it if you did....by the way my computer shows that you signed your name 'Heather' if you did I like that name.(Don't get mad at me I'm not saying I'm going to use it.) Which posts do you thik make me have a "tone" exactly? Maybe I could refrase what I was trying to say. I usually tend to come across stronger than I mean to.

What I meant by your being 'so far along' being rare was that you said you were due on Nov. 9, meaning, basically you are 39 weeks pregnant right now. Do you have any idea that it is rather rare for a woman to carry twins to term? It's five to six times more likely for a mom carrying twins to go into preterm labor, and most twins (I don't have the stats on me, sorry) are born before 37 weeks. I'm a NICU nurse, and we have had A LOT of multiples come through over the years.
By your "tone", I'm just agreeing with what other posters have said--you sound very young (plus your mention of school earlier). Like 13 or 14 years old. And you could still be pregnant at that ge, and even have a husband, but it's just much less likely. We've had quite a few 'imposters' here before, so some of us a little wary. But I guess it doesn't really matter. Usually when I suspect someone is lying, I don't bother to take the time to suggest names for them. That's just me. In the big scheme of things, I guess it doesn't really matter, but I just value honesty.

I go to college with a girl name Nealey. You're right it IS rare for me to be so late but there ARE still six days so I amy not have them on November 9. I'm sorry you think I'm lying but I'm not. We have had tons of silly little girls come on here and pretend to be having babies, and twins are popular as well. I don't know why, but when girls want to be play pregnant, they like to be pregnant with twins.

I dont think it should matter whether you are pregnant or not. Really you never know who is pregnant on here anyways. Even though you did lie I dont think this should ever have gone this far. Then honestly I wouldnt like to see the thread that is. Its sad that its about this subject as well.Really its time to move on this thread is HUGE. We all need to grow up move on and stop wasting the board space. If you know she is not telling you the truth and you know that she is just a teen then why not be the mature adult? I am around teenagers all the time and some of them make up that they are pregnant. 95% of the time or more they are the ones that are outcasted and are having a hard time. This is all I will say on the matter. Though something for people to think about you are saying she is immature for making up she is pregnant with twins well looking through the threads a lot of people arent acting like they are "adults."

Excuse you? Umm you were the one that replied to my post! I was just telling her something b/c obviously she is upset about something and youre the one that posted that isnt the point. Also read my post again it says everyone. Never did it say you inparticular or singled you out so I dont know what you are clueless about. You can be meant as a whole sometimes.

Excuse me what? I don't mind if the conversation continues. I could care less that the girl was called out and then she became irate and continued to further break the rules. That was what this entire thread was about. When you say, "If you know she is not telling you the truth and you know that she is just a teen then why not be the mature adult?" generally 'you' would be referring to the person you are replying to. I don't think I did anything that would not make me a mature adult. Sure, I called her out on her lies but I never called her names or ridiculed her. I just assumed that through your use of phrasing that you were referring to me. This must just be a miscommunication then. I really don't want our conversation to continue because this is not the issue in the thread, her breaking the rules is the issue.

Also If there is a moderator I think we need to delete a lot of the fighting because it has taken a lot of board up! Just saying if anyone can do something to make it shorter. LOL
