I don't think twins should get any other names you wouldn't give two brothers (or sisters, or a brother and a sister) a year+ apart. So I would use my top two combos for each.

BB: Kenneth Clark and Miles Eugene (Miles is a work in progress)

BG: Miles Eugene and Katrina Clare

GG: Katrina Clare and (well, we hope we don't have two girls, 1) because we want boys and 2) because we don't like any girl names)
