I love Ryan for some reason. I do think it is too popular and I don't think I would use it for that reason alone. But I don't think it is becoming unisex, or at least it shouldn't be. A few parents are naming their girls Ryan, but for the most part non-name nerds would probably agree that Ryan is still a boys name.
