I like Catalina. I prefer the similar Katerina though. While I know of catalina dressing I hardly make the connection but I know other people do. When I mentioned to DH that I thought Catalina was a nice name his immediate response, "Catalina is a dressing." Catalina Pearl is very nice.

Soren is okay. I don't care for Soren Anders or Soren Henrik. Maybe Soren August or Soren Gregor instead.
