DH: Wayne Theodore - I like Theodore and Wayne has a cool sound, but I don't like the combo.
DW: Dorothy Ellen - nms, but I like Ellen.
DD: Sharon Connie - don't like Sharon and Connie is a NN for Constance in my mind
DS: Gary Ralph - I have a soft spot for both names, but together they don't flow
DD: Joyce Marcia - I'd prefer Joy Marcia
DS: David Richard - the double d ending sounds off but it's nice.
DD: Annie Dorothy - Annie is cute but Dorothy is nms
DD: Sylvia Kathryn - nice, but I'd prefer Sylvia Katherine
DS: Stephen Fred - nice, would prefer Stephen Frederick
