Congrats on baby 3!
Jace and Jonas are too similar-sounding for siblings, imo. Jonah would be better. Jonas James also has a lot of repeating sounds.
I'd pick Jett Thomas out of your options.
Other ideas (most of these can be mixed and matched):
Jonah Thomas
Finn Oscar
Kai Everett
Miles Benjamin
Jude William
Atlas Michael
Orion James
Grey Joseph
Calla Jane is a beautiful name, btw.
