Fascinating: old favourites Andy, Jeff, Mike, Nelly, John and then Christiaan (Afrikaans? Dutch?), Sumayah, Illiyin and up-to-date Dylan and Hazel. Perhaps Gill is short for Gillian? As it is, it looks like a seldom-cooked or -eaten part of a fish. And I also wonder about Georgie: just Georgie, or is she a secret Georgette or Georgiana?
