Any Wanda I knew in my childhood, was of my grandparents era, associated with the movie A Fish Named Wanda or associated with the neighbor character on Wishbone. Now a huge nerd/Disney/Marvel fan, I tend to associate it with Wanda Maximoff aka the Scarlet Witch.

I think for that reason, it could become more popular as Marvel explores more of that character. In fact, I know of a classmate who did name his daughter Wanda in honor of that character.
