Maybe for an ancient queen, or a sorceress in a fantasy book or something, but I'm not sure how I feel about it on an actual person. Boudy as a nickname would be cute on a pet, but for a person, it sounds a bit close to booty and she would 100% get teased.
I read it as BOO-dih-ka, but idk if that's correct.
