It's kind of hard to describe. I would say it sounds like ''MAY-gihn'' (rhymes with ''pagan''). LOL
I have seen the French version Mégane (quite popular in Québec around the year 2000), and I pronounce it very differently. ''MAY-gann'' (rhymes with Anne).
