This is a new one for me! I've not come across Piera before. It's so light and musical.
I don't generally like it when both names in a combo end in -a, but something like that suits Piera. Piera Adeliza is so satisfyingly early Renaissance. I was inspired by your Piera Cecily, and thought Piera Cecilia would be really lovely.
Or Piera Valentina! Ahh, the romance, it's killing me I love it.
