From the girls, I really enjoy Sabrina, Isabella, Melanie, Amber, Megan, Elise, Aliana, Tessa, Michelle, Victoria, Kenzie, and Sienna (I'd love Anna the most if it were pronounced "Ann-uh"); I like Corbin and Walter from the boy's list. Out of the names you imagine for ballerinas, I agree (and love as names myself) with Leah, Celine, Angelina, Marie, Belle, Elaina, and Tatiana.
As for me, I could picture a (female) ballerina called Melissa, Julia, Lucinda, Kendra, Clarissa, Alina / Elina, Alice, Amanda, Abigail, Jasmine, Kristina, Karina / Carina, Ariana, Helena, and Linda. For a (male) ballet dancer, I think that Vincent, Tobias, Arturo, Wesley, Gregory, and Anthony would fit.
